Calipte is an elegant and refined rosé produced in Tuscany from Sangiovese grapes vinified in purity. It stands out for its lively and modern personality, the result of the Cecchi Family’s experience in interpreting the territory through a contemporary and quality-conscious approach. The wine ages exclusively in the bottle for a period of two months, a choice that allows the aromatic fragrance and gustatory freshness to be preserved. The entire process is designed to enhance the floral component and minerality typical of the grape variety, while maintaining a light and immediate style. To the eye it shows a brilliant coral pink color. The bouquet is delicate, with floral notes of acacia blending with citrus sensations of bergamot and mineral nuances. On the palate it stands out for its freshness, sapidity and good persistence, giving a harmonious and very pleasant sip. It is perfect for aperitifs, but also goes well with fish and shellfish dishes, white meats, risottos and vegetable dishes.
